Color Schemes are a big part to how your art will look. Colors play into how the piece looks overall. If the piece has a lot of dark colors, then that insinuates moodiness, while lighter colors make the painting look more lively and fun. Colors play a deep role into how the painting or art will relate to the viewer as well. For myself, I love using darker colors for a moodier tone while also capturing with lightertones to gain a sense of liveliness.
